Billy the Kid is an enemy in Bubsy 2.
Billy is a brown-tan goat that wears green shorts and a green bandana. He walks around and will sometimes jump and do flips. He takes 3 hits to be defeated.
He was created by Adrian Bourne, who created many of the Bubsy II enemies.
