Chapter 1: Go Ask Alice! is the first level in the game. This mainly follows the theme of Alice in Wonderland which is notoriously known for it's very high difficulty for a beginning level. Additionally, it's a very maze-like level and has a lot of enemies which you will encounter. Unlike, most levels, it's only one which doesn't have a password to access it due to being placed at the beginning of the game.
