Mad Car (aka Toon Car) is an enemy in Bubsy in Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind. They are red or yellow cars. The yellow cars will try to run over Bubsy while the red cars have an open convertible. If Bubsy lands on the open convertible, the convertible will close, trapping Bubsy inside and will carry him away.
